Benefits: This pose helps to strengthen your wrists, arms, legs, and core.  

How it's done:

  • Begin in straight-arm plank pose
  • Rotate your hips so that you are on your side
  • Place one foot on top of the other, (or remain with bottom knee on floor)
  • Keep hips high - not sagging
  • Raise top arm to the sky
