    Ordering and Delivery

    What methods of payment do you accept?

    We accept the following payment methods; Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal.
    How do I redeem a coupon / discount code?
    1. At checkout, you will be prompted to enter your Coupon Code.
    2. Once entered, your savings will display in your cart.

    *Please note: only one coupon code / automatic discount can be used, per order.

    How much is shipping?

    Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are based on shipping region and delivery speed.  You will always be able to view shipping charges before placing your order.
    How long will it take for my order to arrive?

    For US customers, we offer three delivery methods:

    • Standard (5-10 Business Days)
    • Expedited (2-3 Business Days)
    • Overnight (Next Business Day, if ordered before 10:00 AM PST)

    For International Customers, we offer two delivery methods:

    • Standard (7-30 Business Days)
    • Expedited (5-10 Business Days)

    Customs, Duties and Taxes on International Orders

    YogaPaws currently ships from either USA or UK. YogaPaws.com​ is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

    Returns & Exchanges

    How do I return or exchange my YogaPaws?

    To return or ask for a size exchange please contact us.
    Do you offer free size exchanges?

    Currently, we are only able to offer free size exchanges in UK or USA. In other countries you will need to cover the cost of shipping.
