This great hip opener is a favorite of yogis and runners and runner yogis. It provides a deep stretch to the hip and helps to relieve lower back pain.
How it's done:
- From King Pigeon Pose, hinge forward at the hips, and place your elbows on the ground in front of you.
- When comfortable, you can stretch lower by folding your hands together and resting your head on top of them.
- When comfortable there, and to deepen the stretch more, move your hands and arms straight out in front of you on the floor, relax your head.
