How do I redeem a coupon code?

How much is shipping?
How long will I have to wait to receive my order?
For US customers, we offer three delivery methods:
- Standard (5-10 Business Days)
- Expedited (2-3 Business Days)
- Overnight (Next Business Day, if ordered before 10:00 AM PST)
For International Customers, we offer two delivery methods:
- Standard (7-30 Business Days)

YogaPaws.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Returns, Exchanges, and Price Adjustments
What is your Return/Exchange Policy?
We are absolutely obsessed with your happiness and want you to have the greatest shopping experience. Should you become dissatisfied with any part of your order, we encourage you to contact us immediately at love@yogapaws.com so that we may make arrangements to turn that frown, upside down.
You may return your unused item, within 30 Days of receipt of goods, for a full refund or exchange, for any reason, no questions asked. (Return shipping costs may incur).
For Size Exchanges - We know sizing can be tricky. YogaPaws will always provide free size exchanges.
If you received a Damaged or Defective item, please contact us immediately, and we will send you a replacement. Just provide us with your Order Information, and we’ll get you taken care of.
We pride ourselves on our Service to our Customers and stand behind every product we sell. If you ever find fault or disappointment in your product or purchase, at any interval, please contact us and we will do everything within our power to rectify your situation.
How do I start a return?
Do you offer Price Adjustments?
Yes! We will provide a Price Adjustment up to 7 days after your purchase, if your item is discounted for general sale.
Unfortunately, we do not offer Price Adjustments from discounts due to special event sales, including but not limited to: "Black Friday," "Cyber Monday," or any other Special Event sale we hold throughout the year.

A piece of advice! You want your YogaPaws to fit snug because they will break in the same as a shoe or glove over a period of time. Because of this, if you are right on the cusp of a size, please size down. And don't worry, if the fit is not perfect for you we will exchange until the fit is right.
My hands and feet are a different size. What do I do?
The feet are made of a lycra/spandex material and therefore work for a wide variety of sizes. If you feel like your feet are either too loose or too tight, let us know and we will replace them with the correct size.
If ordering a different Size in the Gloves than the Feet, use code MIXMATCH at checkout to reflect our standard Full Set pricing.
Are the YogaPaws supposed to be tight around my fingers?
Yes! This help to keep you in the Paws when you start to get down and sweaty with your down dog. Please note: if your YogaPaws feel too tight on the hands or feet at first, try using them in a practice before rendering them too small. You will notice they feel much different in a pose. Still too tight? Let's swap them out and get you the right size.
I have sores on my feet. Should I get a bigger size?
There is enough give in the feet that if you have sores or bunions you should be fine. But again, let us know and because your comfort and satisfaction is our business.
Cleaning Information
How do I wash my YogaPaws?
The easiest and best way to wash your YogaPaws is to put them on inside out so that the towel lining is exposed, put them back on like gloves and wash your hands under the sink in cold water a gentle soap. Dr. Bronner's is a great one!.
The second option is to soak for 5 min of 2 parts water 1 part vinegar.
Then, just lay them out and air dry.
Can I put my YogaPaws in the washing machine?
We DO NOT recommend that you put your YogaPaws in the washing machine. But if you must, put the machine on delicate, cold water, and place the YogaPaws in a delicate garment bag. The mesh bag included in your package will work for this, too.
How often should I wash my YogaPaws?
We recommend washing your YogaPaws after every use. By keeping your YogaPaws clean you keep the dirt and oils that come out of your pores when you perspire from accumulating within the towel liner of your YogaPaws.

What are YogaPaws made of?
YogaPaws hands are made of Eco-Friendly TPE yoga mat material that has 6mm of cushion and comfort and Recycled Natural Rubber. There is also a towel lining within the Paws which absorbs 7 times its weight in moisture. Hence, the more you sweat the more you stick!

YogaPaws are made with Eco-Friendly TPE yoga mat material. Also when you buy YogaPaws to keep your practice up on the road, at home, or in the studio… you get the benefits of a whole mat and a whole towel in a convenient little package without all that extra material. Mother Earth will thank you for it!
Elite or SkinThin? What's the difference and which version is for me?
Elite YogaPaws are padded with 5mm of TPE padding, between the towel lining that touches your skin and the natural rubber bottoms. Elite's are perfect for yogis who are practicing without a yoga mat, or who desire additional cushioning for their hands and feet.
SkinThin YogaPaws are designed identically to Elites, with just one small difference: there's no padding! SkinThin's are perfect for yogis who are practicing with a mat but just need extra anti-slip protection.
My Paws just came and they look dirty and stained. What's up?
Don't worry! It's totally normal!
The bottoms of YogaPaws are made of natural rubber, and just like a rubber-band, when not use, will lighten or look "dusty."
Alternatively, when parts of the rubber come into prolonged contact with other materials (like another Paw), the natural rubber may appear darker.
Both scenarios cause a purely cosmetic, "smudgy" effect and do not affect the function of YogaPaws.
The good news? As you start to use your Paws, the rubber will return to looking beautiful and brand-spanking new!

The best way to get help is to email Customer Service at love@yogapaws.com or you can fill out our Customer Contact Form and someone will get back to you, shortly, within normal operating hours. We are a very small company, however, we make every attempt to return your message afterhours and on weekends, if possible. :)
You may also call our Customer Phone Line at 1.888.964.2790 and leave a message. Your call will be returned within normal operating hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm PST.

Why do you want my email address?
Primarily so we can update you tracking and so we can contact you if there is a problem with your order (we find that most people respond faster this way.)
If you've signed up for our newsletter, occasionally we will contact you to let you know our latest news or special offer, however, if this really bugs you then we can take you off the database. The quickest way to do this is to unsubscribe from the last/next email you receive from us. Go to the bottom of the e-mail, click through where directed and if you choose to unsubscribe you will be taken off our email database. Spamming is not our cup of tea!
