How it's done:
  • Begin with legs crossed over each other so that the knees are stacked upon one another
  • Bend one elbow and point it to the sky, with your and behind your neck. 
  • Bend the other one so that it points to the ground and your arm is behind your back
  • Try to grasp fingers together.  You may need to use a strap to help with shoulder flexibility.
