4 Shoulder Openers with Props

In my humble opinion, there is no such a thing as too much heart opener practice.


Sit on the floor with a chair, or a Feet Up Trainer.  Keep your knees together and bent.  Take two light weights, two bottles of water, or two soda cans, in your hands.
Now, bend backward, breathe and relax. Don't push, let gravity do the work for you.
You can stay here as long as you can.

Option 2️ -- Then to make it more intense, extend your legs.  Keep breathing and relax.  Stay here as long as you can.

Option 3️-- Instead of using your two, light weights, grab the chair, or Feet Up’slegs.  This might feel more intense so if you don't feel comfortable, just back off.  You can stay here as long as you can.

Option 4 – Follow the steps for Option 3, and for more intensity, extend the legs.   Keep breathing and relax.
