Benefits: By lengthening and strengthening your hamstrings, calves, and hips this pose helps to calm you and melt the stress from your mind. 

How it's done:

  • Stand straight
  • Raise your arms overhead
  • Bend over, keeping back straight, not rounded
  • Touch the floor, a block, your shins, to wherever your ability lies
  • Inhale
  • Straighten back, raise head - but keep a neutral neck
  • Your body should be a triangle now
