Benefits: Full body stretch incorporating the legs from hips to ankles, upper arms, and opens the chest.
How it's done:
- Begin with legs crossed over each other so that the knees are stacked upon one another
- Bend one elbow and point it to the sky, with your and behind your neck.
- Bend the other one so that it points to the ground and your arm is behind your back
- Try to grasp fingers together. You may need to use a strap to help with shoulder flexibility.
