Take a comfortable seat.

If you are sitting on the floor make sure you sit up on a blanket or a
cushion so that your knees rest comfortably below your hips.
Take a moment to feel settled and release your legs towards the earth.
Sit tall.

Take a deep breath in and release it out.
With each breath make your inner body brighter and more radiant. Let
your shoulders and necks relax, supported by the light of your inner
body.


Imagine your heart as a sphere of light. With each breath, expand the
light of the heart on all sides - top to bottom, front and back, side
to side.
With each breath make your inner body brighter and more radiant. Let
your shoulders and necks relax, supported by the light of your inner
body.

Let each breath carry you into the space of your heart. How does your
heart feel? Warm, cold? Light, heavy? Full, empty? Alive or dull?
Notice the qualities of your heart space without judging.

Now take a moment to think of a time when you felt a true and profound
love for someone. Remember a time when you felt this person's love for
you. Try to remember this feeling as fully as possible. Where were
you? What time was it? What smells were surrounding you? What were you
wearing? Remember, as clearly as possible, the conditions surrounding
your experience of love.

With each breath, draw this memory, this feeling into your physical
heart. With each breath, feel your heart becoming full with loving
energy.

Now stay with this feeling in your heart, but let go of the memory,
let go of the thoughts and images. Let go of the conditions, but stay
with the experience of loving and being loved.

This feeling of love, which arose through conditions, is the true and
unconditioned experience of your own heart.
Stay with this experience LOVE, and let go of the conditions.

LOVE is the true expression of your own hearts energy. The LOVE is YOU.

Meditate on the love in your heart.
